Lenten Meditation Series

The theme for the 2015 Lenten meditations was The Gospel in Four Directions: The Horizon and Destiny of Canada in Reconciliation. This theme was chosen in anticipation of the presentation of the final r eport of the Canadian Truth and Reconciliation Commission. The three speakers who participated drew from their Aboriginal heritage to reflect on this theme. Ms. Lori Ransom, Senior Advisor, Church Relations, Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada; The Right Rev. Mark MacDonald, National Indigenous Bishop of The Anglican Church of Canada; and The Rev. Ray Aldred, Assistant Professor of Theology, Ambrose Seminary in Calgary. This series was held on Wednesdays at noon during Lent.

Advent Meditation Series

This series was led by Rev. Dr. Emily Bisset and Rev. Alex Bisset on the theme, Songs of the Season: Expressions of Faith. They reflected on four very well-known Christmas carols and the faith that they proclaim and teach us
